Support leadership and daily production activities of assigned plant's production operations. Assist the assigned plants management team with setting goals and direction for facility. Support leadership by ensuring that production schedules, quality and housekeeping standards, maintenance objectives, and cost targets are achieved. Lead improvement projects throughout the assigned plant. Job Qualifications: Must be pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Must have reliable means of transportation.
