Director Of Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to lead our operational strategy and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, implementing changes as necessary to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions from team members.

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects effectively, with strong project management skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in business development initiatives.
- Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
- A background in senior leadership roles is preferred, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home health/long term care or any related setting.
- Experience with payroll, billing, auditing, and Microsoft 365.
- Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and implement new systems effectively.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and support business growth.
- Proven ability to build and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
