The Team

The Technical Services team will lead project management for new facility start-up, develop SOPs and O&M manuals, and coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot technical issues like water quality and environmental compliance.

The Position

Under general supervision, the Operations Field Manager provides field and office operations support, requiring water/wastewater industry knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop solutions. The role is collaborative, self-starting, and capable of producing plans, reports, and documents.

The candidate has a proven track record managing projects in a complex utility environment, with strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
