About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Executive to lead a dedicated team of Project Managers and their site teams. In this critical role, you will be intricately involved in managing construction activities, conducting job cost analysis, and ensuring that all projects are executed profitably. You will play a vital role in estimating bids, overseeing procurement, coordinating scheduling, and implementing effective cost control measures. Your communication skills will be key as you engage with various project stakeholders to uphold our high standards of quality and safety.

The Operations Executive will also be pivotal in coordinating the efforts across all parties involved in our projects. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with a robust 20 years of experience in drilled shaft installation and construction. We require at least 15 years of experience in project management, including a minimum of 5 years as an estimator. A solid background in constructing below-grade foundation systems is essential. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must.
