Leads a critical role in driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and process optimization. This leader oversees cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsible for scaling operations, mitigating risks, and fostering efficiency, innovation, and organizational growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Efficiency and Transformation Strategist to lead operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses experience in global process improvement, project and program management, strategic execution, and organizational transformation across diverse industries. This role is responsible for visionary leadership, being passionate about quality, efficiency, innovation, and driving measurable impact while ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in healthcare.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive long-term sustainable growth through visionary strategic planning and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline business processes, and scale improvements in Operations and Program Development.
• Oversee global initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with Operations and Program Development objectives, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Guide Operations and Program Development through complex transformations, fostering adaptability, fiduciary accountability, and cost avoidance and savings, while promoting engagement and operational resilience.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, proactively safeguarding operational integrity and risk management strategies.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to enhance business impact and ensure sustainable success.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leading organizational transformations inhealthcare, government agencies, and/or technology-driven industries.
• Expertise in operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic execution with a deep understanding of risk management.
• Hands-on experience managing business units with measurable performance improvements.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• 15 years plus experience is desirable.

Education:

A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university and an advanced degree are required.
