Location:New York, NYOnsite Flexibility:Hybrid — Onsite 3x per week (subject to change to 3-4 days onsite based on business needs)Contract Details:

• Start: 09/15/2025
• End: 09/14/2026
• Pay Rate: $45.00 - $53.00/hour
• Shift & Hours: 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (possible overtime)

Job Summary:The Operations Director will support Stock Loan and Tri-Party/Repo Settlement functions within GWO US Operations Management. This role focuses on managing Mark-to-Market positions, resolving Contract Compare breaks, monitoring Exception Settlement queues, confirming collateral movements, and interacting with internal/external clients. The position also involves collateral trade input, daily activity balancing, cash funding calculations, and participation in new business initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a customer-focused culture to strengthen client relationships.
• Support repo Tri-Party deals by allocating, substituting, and monitoring collateral activity on BNY Access Edge.
• Track monthly fails, produce TMPG letters, and validate repo broker bills.
• Balance daily transactions between Loanet and DTCC.
• Interact with counterparties to resolve settlement/collateral issues and Contract Compare breaks.
• Manage exposure using Global1, Loanet, BNY Access Edge, and Equilend.
• Maintain and monitor Noncash and E4E balances below DSL limits.
• Oversee Stock Loan Cash and Noncash International business, including prepays, settlements, and marks.
• Manage monthly rebate collection/payment, including discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate monthly reconciliation and attestation processes.
• Control noncash collateralization to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Apply the Bank's risk appetite and culture in daily decision-making.
• Ensure effective operations and adherence to operational risk and compliance frameworks.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive team environment and manage succession planning.
• Share best practices, mentor team members, and provide constructive feedback.
• Actively engage in self-assessment and professional development.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Securities Collateral Operations
• 2+ years in Securities Lending and Repo Tri-party
• 2+ years managing a team of 3+ people
• 2+ years managing multiple depositories for collateralization and settlements

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Familiarity with Equilend, Global1, DTCC, Loanet, Access Edge, or ADP

Required Skills:

• Securities Collateral Operations expertise
• Securities Lending and Repo Tri-party knowledge
• Team leadership and management

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Equilend
• Experience with Global1
• DTCC operations knowledge
