Job Title: Resolvet Operations Director (Starting Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus)

Department: Hagyard Pharmacy – Resolvet Division

Supervisor: Director of Pharmacy

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional travel, weekends, and holidays

Summary: The Resolvet Operations Director at Hagyard plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This individual oversees the daily activities of the Resolvet product line.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational activities to ensure smooth functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Identify areas for process improvement and execute enhancements to maximize output and reduce costs
• Monitor performance metrics
• Oversee procurement and resource management
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Set and pursue strategic goals
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment
• Provide coaching and support to team leaders
• Manage budgets and review financial reports

Education and Experience:

• Experience in pharmaceuticals or supplements preferred
• Experience in the equine industry preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Repetitive use of hands and fingers
• Ability to operate equipment and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 USD
