Operations Director - One Pennsylvania : Job Details

We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated, and compassionate Operations Director with 8-10 years of operations experience. The Operations Director will manage One Pennsylvania's finances, development, human resources, and IT.

The Operations Director works closely with and actively assists the Executive Director, Development Director, Communication Director, Political Director, Organizing Director, and organizers. This position ensures that One Pennsylvania member leaders are able to step up as a powerful piece of the permanent progressive infrastructure of Pennsylvania. One PA is experiencing a period of intense growth and change and the Operations Director will help to drive and support that growth.

The work schedule can at times be greater than 40 hours per week and includes evening and weekend meetings and events, as necessary. It is not a strictly 9am-5pm position.
