The Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role supports both managers and employees through tasks involving communication, data handling, and organization. The position requires sound judgment, decision-making ability, and creativity in achieving goals. The coordinator manages confidential and time-sensitive information and must be familiar with key concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Essential Functions: Professionally manage incoming phone calls and serve as the point of contact for plant visitors. Provide GL coding for accounts payable invoices. Process customer invoicing for Angleboard clients. Maintain and process accounts payable and credit card records. Organize and maintain office supply inventory. Handle receiving documentation for all raw materials and consumables. Assign account codes and submit invoices to Corporate.
