Job Description :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support logistics operations in a fast-paced, onsite role based in Sartell, MN. This position plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and team collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Experience and Growth

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Proactively address customer needs and exceed expectations to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle conflicts diplomatically, always aiming to preserve positive customer relationships.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to drive account growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned per team or country-specific needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Perform tasks such as order creation, load assignment, and tracking with accuracy.
  • Maintain the integrity of operational data, including financial and order adjustments.
  • Use technology tools to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support adoption of process improvements to drive efficiency.

Team Collaboration and Process Efficiency

  • Partner with internal teams to enhance account workflows, SOPs, and KPIs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices.
  • Mentor team members and promote a supportive team environment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Execute account pricing strategies per direction from management.
  • Manage tender responses and maintain Load Board Portals (LBPs).
  • Schedule appointments and optimize load and mode setups.
  • Update W-codes and monitor automation dashboards.
  • Manage shared inboxes and handle AR tasks.
  • Troubleshoot EDI and Navisphere platforms.
  • Coordinate with LTLSC and other support services.
  • Process claims and manage accessorial charges.
  • Set up afterhours support as needed.
  • Focus on performance improvement for customer accounts.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Adaptable and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
