Operations Coordinator - Entergy Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of overhead and underground distribution line contractors and/or company crews. -Promote and ensure safe work practices for all crews. -Conduct safety audits and enter into Safety COACHING Assessment database. -Assign, schedule, requisition material, complete and close projects in DIS following proper procedures and practices. -Maintain communication with internal customers including New Business Development, Networks, Customer Service, Design, Engineering, Vegetation, DOC, etc regarding crew availability, job scheduling, job status and completion. -Interface with crews to ensure that jobs are completed to Entergy specifications and conduct necessary follow-up. -Interface with design groups in pre-construction and post-construction meetings. -Provide on-going feedback to the design group to continuously improve effective-design and to receive confirmation for in-the-field design changes. - Available for call-out and out-of-town / ...Operations Coordinator, Operations, Coordinator, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Construction
