What We're Looking for

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (operations, business management, or program management degree preferred)
• 1 year of transit or transportation industry experience, with rail or metro-related experience preferred
• Experience in developing and implementing various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to devise and utilize operating models to identify areas of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement
• Experience in facilitating working sessions with all-level stakeholders to arrive at critical business decisions
• Experience developing, coordinating, and leading training to identify, build, and incentivize lasting change within a group of stakeholders or organization
• Ability to formulate and implement operational plans including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review, and client management
• Ability to create high-quality presentations, financial models, and analyses, and other deliverables and present them to clients and upper management
• Ability to leverage attained knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions that address client's business problems
• Experience in developing financial models with a strong understanding of business analysis, budget management, and evaluation
• Possesses strong ability to develop and manage work plans to address client requests and tasks
• Experience leading small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
• Comfortable working with groups at all levels and across organizations, as well as sensitivity to individual, group, and organizational dynamics
• Hard working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
• Ability to set, manage, and meet expectations and deadlines
• Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development opportunities as requested
• Must be onsite 4 days a week (Monday and Friday mandatory) with 1 day remote on a case-by-case basis
