Location: Minneapolis - Hybrid with 2-3 days a week working in a co-working space, the Grain Exchange located in Minneapolis

Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000 - 50,000 OTE per annum

About The Role:

The Operations Associate will work within Zen Educate's Teacher Success Team. The role will focus on onboarding potential teachers as well as matching candidates to certain criteria based on the school's needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Must be an independent and self-motivated worker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including Google suite
