Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders through shipment. This role ensures inventory is properly managed, orders are picked and packed according to company standards, and shipments are completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Execute Distribution and Receiving/Tracking of incoming inventory from Contract Manufacturers, Vendors and other Shipping Carriers while maintaining compliance through internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (including FDA and ISO 134585:2016)
  • Assist with Package Assembly for BioWave Wearables Product Line and other devices, as necessary
  • Facilitate material handling, picking, packing and shipping of products to customers using Inventory Management Software system

Inventory Management

  • Assist with incoming AQL Inspection Requirement standards for all products made by our Contract Manufacturers
  • Assist with battery reconditioning cycles for BioWave devices while in inventory
  • Ensure correct storage of materials following FIFO and other regulated storage practices
  • Perform regular and month-end inventory cycle counts and audits to verify accuracy and identify variances between physical inventory and counts within Inventory Management Software system
  • Assist with implementation and enforcement of inventory control measures to prevent loss, theft or damage to inventory items

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain traceability of all products in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA regulations
  • Assist in document control and recordkeeping for shipping and inventory logs
  • Participate in internal audits and support quality inspections of outbound shipments

Warehouse & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely and responsibly
  • Additional Operation Department tasks, as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or inventory role, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Have a firm grasp of Microsoft products
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload with general schedule of work, instruction and standardized processes
  • Have self-direction with strong results-oriented attitude

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

Pay & Benefits Summary

  • Base: $50,000-$55,000
  • Medical Family – 55%, Employee 45% (year 1&2), 75% (3 years onwards)
