Operations Associate - Flintts : Job Details

We're Flintts. We make Flintts Mouth Watering Mints aka the cotton mouth mints. We're looking for an operations associate to join our Brooklyn-based team.

This will start as a part-time position (2-3 days/week) but will grow to full-time as the associate gets up to speed and can take on more responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, adaptable to changes, and willing to roll up their sleeve to get things done. Must be able to work well with others.

• Order management
• Inventory control
• Communicating with customers and helping to solve their problems
• Helping manage small to medium sized B2B relationships, including purchasing, fulfillment and inquiries
• Occasional retail or event work

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and have a no task is too small attitude
• You're available to work when guests shop (occasional evenings & weekends)
• You love the Flintts community and want to help build the experience
• You've worked in an operations environment before, preferably at an e-commerce company
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• You're at least 16 years of age.
