Performs general administrative responsibilities including filing, faxing, scanning, creating & maintaining files, and sorting mail. Major Responsibilities: - Supports applicable financial functions (i.e. payroll, creating Purchase Orders, process A/ P) - Gathering, tracking, reporting of data, conducting basic audits - Answer and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Order, receive and store office supplies, prepare memos, track associate documentation as required - Coordinate maintenance of office equipment - Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment - Works within a project budget as applicable - Meets deadlines for reports and activities - Adherence to company guidelines and expectations - Other projects as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Inter / Intranet use required - Must have strong organizational skills - Ability to work coope...Operations Assistant, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Assistant, Manufacturing, Driver, Supply
