This full-time role is based in Utica, NY and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where logistics, compliance, and communication intersect.Scope of Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Logistics & Warehouse Support (Approx. 90%)Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including packing, labeling, and required documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists).Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers, couriers, and freight forwarders (international and domestic).Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations, including accurate use of tariff codes, country of origin declarations, and Incoterms.Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance and accurate document submission.Maintain shipping logs and update ERP/WMS systems with current shipment and inventory data.Assist with inventory and cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and quality control checks.Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance.Manage inventory of shipping supplies and packaging materials.Support various other warehouse-related tasks as needed.General Operations Support (Approx. 10%)Handle incoming mail at the Utica office, including processing and scanning.Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and CEO, including:Report preparationOrdering of advertising materialsCoordinating travel and logistics for team eventsInvolvement of continuous improvement activitiesOther duties as required by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or general operations support.Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation.Basic understanding of import/export regulations.Proficiency and experience with ERP/WMS systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Must be able to perform duties in a limited supervision environmentLocation:Fabmatics USA headquarters is in Utica, New York.
