Job Title: Chief Treasure Hunter (Full-Time)

Treasure Hunt: The Ride is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organized individual to step into the role ofChief Treasure Hunter— a position at the heart of everything we do. This is not your average job title, because this is not your average job. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and can juggle the worlds of HR, operations, sales, and guest experience with enthusiasm and precision.

Ideal for someone with a background in business, management, or hospitality, this role could be the launching pad of a lifetime —especially for a driven recent graduate eager to make waves.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-line operations with excellence and flexibility
• Schedule and oversee daily staffing needs
• Hire, train, and support a high-performing team
• Handle HR matters with discretion and professionalism
• Manage ticket sales strategy and track performance metrics
• Provide top-tier guest service and resolve issues in real time
• Oversee daily cash handling, safe balancing, and bank deposits
• Ensure smooth communication between on-site staff, upper management, and HQ
• Maintain order and efficiency in the office and behind the scenes

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Proven experience (or educational background) in HR, sales, business administration, or operations
• Proficiency in scheduling and staff coordination
• Comfort handling cash and preparing deposits
• Ability to document, organize, and communicate clearly
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, shifting priorities

This Role Works Closely With:

• All attraction staff (operators, trainers, and sales team)
• The General Manager and Owner
• Accounting and HR at HQ

Compensation & Schedule

To be discussed based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
