Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Our client, a market leader in opportunistic credit with over two decades of experience in the asset class, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role leverages data analytics, research, and mapping to drive business outcomes and serves as the first line of defense in sourcing opportunities across the firm. By delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to investment team executives, the analyst enables more informed business decisions. Additionally, the role supports data and knowledge efforts related to sourcing targets, guiding broader sourcing prioritization.Job Function

• Manage cash flows, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Process wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Investigate queries and resolve breaks.
• Capture and settle trades efficiently.
• Liaise with prime brokers and administrators.
• Handle loans, fixed income, and equity transactions.
• Perform end-of-day book closing procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
