Description & RequirementsJob Description Operations AnalystWe're seeking a highly analytical and organized Operations Analyst to drive process improvements, manage logistics, and coordinate cross-functional activities. This role will analyze data to inform decision-making, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure seamless execution of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze operational workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Support operational planning and analysis, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Collect and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy
- Develop and present reports on performance metrics and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Manage logistics, including deliveries, inventory control, and shipping
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Support the rollout of new systems or operational tools
- Perform special projects and tasks assigned by management
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
- Driver check-in and inventory troubleshooting
- Docuware uploads
- Group picking loads preparation
- Close-out truck documents and push to drivers
- Tracking and reporting on deliveries, including exceptions, returns, and damages
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Docuware is a plus
- Curious and data-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $73,000-$85,000/year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
