With over 15 years of focused expertise, the company serves global customers across industries such as automotive, medical, marine, industrial equipment, telecom, and testing & measurementPosition SummarySupport and enhance order management processes. This role is critical in reviewing and validating orders, coordinating with vendors, and improving operational workflows to drive efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee the complete lifecycle of PCB, Assembly, and Stencil orders - from initial intake through shipment coordination.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrder Review & Validation**Verify incoming orders to ensure all files, purchase orders, pricing, and lead times align with original quotes.**Assess repeat orders for optimal vendor selection and verify current vendor pricing.**Validate panel designs and specifications against quote details; ensure outdated files are deactivated.**Identify discrepancies in vendor quotes and flag issues for correction.Order Processing & Coordination**Maintain knowledge of customer order preferences, history, and specifications.**Calculate vendor pricing, evaluate margins, and determine estimated dock dates based on lead times.**Validate purchase orders and emails, then coordinate order placement with appropriate vendors.**Send order confirmations to customers and track responses for documentation and follow-up.Customer & Vendor Communication**Communicate with vendors to confirm production timelines and shipping schedules.**Notify customers of any shipment date changes or method adjustments.**Update vendor pricing records and correct discrepancies as needed.ERP & Administrative Functions**Enter sales orders into the ERP system, verify revenue accuracy, and close related opportunities.**Process cancellations by validating details, calculating scrap fees, and updating internal records.**Document any engineering changes and update pricing and specifications accordingly.Shipment Coordination**Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and timely shipment of orders.**Provide vendors with packing slips and ensure all shipping documentation aligns with customer requirements.**Confirm timely departure of physical shipments and provide customers with tracking details.QualificationsEducation & Experience:**Associate's Degree required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.**Familiarity with PCB manufacturing and ability to interpret Gerber files is a plus.Technical Skills:**Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and internet/email software.**Experience with design for manufacturing software is a bonus.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**Strong attention to detail and time management skills.**Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.**Solid understanding of production, processing, and design for manufacturing principles.**Competence in mathematical calculations including geometry, percentages, and basic algebra.Language & Communication:**Ability to read and interpret technical documents and customer communications.**Comfortable writing professional emails, reports, and correspondence.**Effective oral communication in both team and customer-facing situations.Physical Demands**Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate effectively.**Occasional standing, walking, reaching, or lifting up to 30 lbs.**Must have the ability to distinguish colors.Work Environment**Professional office environment with moderate noise levels.**No exposure to hazardous conditions.
