Operations Analyst - Insurance : Job Details

An insurance broker seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing Broking Operations team.

Responsibilities:

- Help support brokers, finance and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle

- Negotiate and review documents including NDAs.

- Draft/Distribute joinder agreements to insurers, and non reliance letters to Due Diligence providers

- Ensure data accuracy, adhering to QA requirements validating accuracy of systems entries

- Respond promptly to client/customers needs

The best candidate has a general understanding of insurance and reviewing NDAs but not required. However, you must be exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail. Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment will ensure success in this position. Prior experience in Salesforce is a plus but not required.
