Title: Operations Analyst
Location: NYC – hybrid
Experience level: 2+ years eComm order entry and analytics
Compensation: $70K-$80K
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Operations Manager for the Americas
- Inventory control and review functions for the Ecommerce team to help ensure we have highly accurate inventory for our business units and financials for our Ecom platform.
- Taking responsibility for managing our Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment Business
- Operations forecasts for receiving and outbound fulfillment to customers
- Maintain and improve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for sales, sell-through and sell-out as well as operations and logistics to track essential KPI's, and report on trends.
- Supporting the Operations and Sales team leaders with ad hoc analysis and projects
- Ad hoc support on daily operational functions such as dropshipping, ecommerce, and sample or display requests
- Work directly with our 3PL partners on reporting, operational improvements and new programs
- Ad hoc support for Operations Team on IT and system improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Supply Chain, Operations or Finance or 3 to 5 years relevant supply chain experience in operational or consulting roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external team members to get results
- Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision experience a plus!)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize, analyze, and interpret results
- Self-starter, opened to digging deeper or seeking answers within our data with minor oversight from leadership
