Operations Analyst, Associate - Western Alliance Bancorporation : Job Details

As an Associate Operations Analyst you'll work with external vendors to ensure proper standards and processes are being followed. You'll utilize your insight into mortgage operations management, capacity planning and modeling to support ad-hoc initiatives and projects to help increase efficiency and quality for the operation teams. Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring them to ensure policies are being followed. Ensure vendors are updated and in line with Operational changes & Guideline changes made by Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac. Research & implement creative solutions to solve Business Requirements. Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provide user and operational support.
