Operations Admin Specialist - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is seeking a financial services professional to join the Charitable division of one of the nation's largest financial institutions. This individual will be working specifically on accounts tied to Donor Advised Funds (DAF). A donor-advised fund account is a simple, flexible, tax-smart investment account designed specifically for charitable purposes that offers clients and advisors a simple and streamlined way to contribute, invest and grant effectively to the charities/causes of their choosing. The person in this role will be focused on the operational work submitted by their Donors and Advisors, making outbound calls, inbound call coverage, handling the remediation of open cases regarding paperwork that is not in good order. These cases can involve; processing of forms and paperwork, handling client and advisor request through email, transfer of assets requests, account maintenance updates (changing demographic info such as beneficiaries, addresses, phone numbers) and follow up calls out to clients and advisors regarding their DAF accounts. This role is to be treated as an ongoing interview and your foot in the door with a prestigious institution. We are seeking individuals with prior finance/banking experience in similar roles.
