Our client, a renewable energy company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting field technicians and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Avalon, WI

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee biogas collection operations and maintenance at assigned sites
• Direct daily tasks to technicians to optimize facility performance
• Manage staff schedules in compliance with biosecurity protocols
• Coordinate grounds and equipment maintenance
• Enforce safety practices and company policies, including PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prefer 5+ years of plant operations experience
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically up to 20%
