Title: US Tax Operations - Gain & Loss Analyst

Location: 680 West 10000 South, South Jordan, UT 84095

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field and/or experience in the Financial Industry

• Understanding of general accounting principles as applied in the financial sector

• Knowledge of process controls, database management, spreadsheet applications, and data modeling (Microsoft Excel, Access, and other MS Office tools)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Support the US Tax Operations team, focusing on Wealth Management and Institutional client reporting

• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and firm reporting obligations

• Maintain cost basis records and generate Gain/Loss reports for MS Wealth Management customer accounts

• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to resolve issues and reconcile discrepancies

• Ensure regulatory accuracy in reporting (e.g. cost basis and withholding)

• Participate in testing and support of strategic platform initiatives

• Respond to related queries and assist in continuous process improvement
