This is a full-time, on-site role located in Webberville, MI. The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving business process improvements, managing operations, and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current processes, implementing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and managing cross-functional teams. The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to achieve the company's operational excellence goals.

• Experience in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement
