Operational Audit Manager

Direct hire, Full Time

$125-$140k annually

Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• 4-8 years of experience with accounting, finance, audits
• Operational audit experience
• Risk analysis/risk assessments
• Mapping out processes
• Communication across teams and giving updates
• Drafting reports
• Minimum education - Bachelors in related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams
• Must be a skilled communicator, concise and clear
• Experience communicating with higher management and executives
• Experience presenting to different teams and stakeholders
• Project management experience
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Willing to take ownership of projects and assist as needed

• Experience with data analytics
• Power BI or Tableau
• Big 4 experience (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)

• Lead and execute audits focused on evaluating business processes, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments, map operational workflows, and collaborate across teams.
• Draft clear audit reports, communicate findings to executives, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and own audit projects from planning to follow-up.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication; leverage data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau if available.
