Operation Technician (Contingent to Hire) - The Kraft Heinz Company : Job Details

Contingent Workers who have completed six-hundred working hours. Hourly pay starting at 1 yr. $23.11/hr. & 3 yrs. $26.69/hr. Key Components of the role: Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader. Work in a Cold Environment- 32 degrees 48 degrees depending on the assignment. Must be willing to work with other people in a team concept. Perform production-related functions as assigned. Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned. Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups. Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment. Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team. Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader. Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
