Prepare all export related documentation.2. Make U.S. Customs entry (A.E.S.) and documentation for export.3. Issue billing invoices and sending.4. Send shipping information to proper parties.5. Communicating with customer, answering phone, e-mail, fax.6. Maintain Cargo inventory as required and periodical report to proper party7. Maintain Export license inventory and periodical report to proper party.8. Inputting profit report information.9. Arrangement of import instruction to proper party.10. Filing of export/import documents11. Maintaining clean office area.12.
