Operating Systems Coordinator (NE) - syncreon International Group : Job Details

Are you knowledgeable about computer systems, electronic systems, and software applications? Can you educate people, answer questions, and troubleshoot any related problems about technology-based products and services? We are looking for Operating Systems Coordinators, based in York, PA, to solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.

How you will contribute

• Provide first level support to the incident management activities in the plant and problem and change management activities for the site.
• Give input to incident reports and contribute to the root-cause analysis of problems. Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Report site IT downtime and changes to the site production schedules.
• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of all critical operational application software & processes.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of all critical operational software applications, IT processes, and procedures.
• Perform hands-on fixes and changes at the PC desktop level.
• Organize IT equipment repairs and maintain a maintenance log of equipment repairs.
• Follow site related IT purchasing & asset tracking procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Community College diploma required, university degree preferred.
• Experience in working with Warehouse Management systems in a shop floor environment would be desirable. Experience in general PC repairs and PC based applications.
• Communicative with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
