Pay: $25$30/hour (based on experience)

About Our Client: Our client is a growing PEO that supports businesses nationwide with HR, payroll, and benefits solutions. They're entering their busiest season and are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to assist with open enrollments and ongoing benefits administration.

Job Description: The Benefits Specialist will handle benefits enrollment, assist employees with questions, liaise with vendors, and ensure accurate processing in the HR system. This role is contract with the potential to convert to full-time in April for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process benefits enrollments, updates, and changes in PrismHR.
  • Communicate with employees and vendors to resolve benefits-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate benefits and payroll records.
  • Assist with comparing plan options and coordinating vendor information.
  • Support multiple Benefits Managers and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of benefits administration experience, ideally within a PEO.
  • Proficiency with PrismHR is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
