The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage project resources and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial construction sector (Advanced materials, high purity chemicals, semiconductor, general manufacturing a plus!!)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
