Job Description
We are an MSP based in NYC and London, with clients all over the USA and have an immediate need for this role to support our growing business. We have several customers in Manhattan we are seeking a desktop and remote support engineer for a split role. You would be spending 3-4 days a week onsite at customers in Manhattan (Occasionally surrounding areas) The remainder of your time would be spent working remotely as part of our helpdesk and some assistance with projects where necessary.
The onsite role will be seeing 1-2 customers per day on a set schedule, with some ah-hoc visits where necessary. Whilst the role is mainly around end user support you will have the ability to get to learn networking, cyber security practices, servers and cloud services that our customers use.
The remote support role will be assisting mainly customers in the US with general IT support issues, Office 365, Servers / Active Directory, our technology stack (Anti Virus, web filtering etc) and general IT issues.
