As an Online Order Shopper, you'll be integral to our Store Support team, responsible for selecting and preparing online orders for delivery and pickup. You'll navigate the store, gathering everyday essentials such as food and household items. Flexibility in your schedule is vital, as our busiest times are on Saturdays and Sundays! We prefer candidates who are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays to better serve our customers.

• Schedules are provided up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Typical shifts last between 4-8 hours.

• Comfortable using mobile technology to complete orders.
• Efficiently fulfill online orders with speed and precision.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Eager to gain knowledge about products, customer service, and store operations.
• Ability to maintain an organized staging area.
• Willingness to assist in other store departments as necessary, such as customer service, cashiering, and grocery.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• During an 8-hour shift: stand/walk for 6-8 hours and sit for 1-4 hours.
• Hand use includes single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Competence in using tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
• May require the use of ladders.

The wage range for this position is $17.00-$25.40 per hour, depending on experience.
