Gingin Grass Fed is looking for a detail-oriented Online Orders Coordinator to manage daily packing and fulfilment of online orders. You will be central to our cold-room dispatch — packing premium grass-fed meat, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring quality control.

If you have meat industry experience, a logistics mindset, and pride in timely, accurate, and presentable order fulfillment — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack retail & wholesale orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare, label, and organise premium meat cuts professionally
• Maintain packing systems using tools like WooCommerce and inventory management systems
• Monitor inventory flow, product movement, and run sheets
• Coordinate with butchery and admin to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to food safety and cold-chain standards
• Identify potential issues early and suggest improvements

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in the meat industry (butcher, packer, retailer)
• Understanding of fulfilment processes — fast, precise, and systematic
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Tech-savvy, preferably with experience in WooCommerce or inventory tools
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Motivated to learn, improve systems, and take ownership
