We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Online Merchandiser within our E-commerce capability. This position reports to E-commerce Manager and will work in Irving, CA or Agoura Hills, CA. About the position As an Online Merchandiser in the E-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the website, including campaign pages, product listing pages (PLP), and product detail pages (PDP), ensuring that the site is always up-to-date and promoting the right assortment in an appealing and user-friendly manner. The Online Merchandiser aims to make it easy for customers to find and purchase what they want, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Your main responsibilities

• Manage and update the website, including campaign pages, PLP, and PDP, to ensure accurate and engaging content.
• Work closely with the e-commerce manager to align merchandising strategies with business goals.
• Optimize site navigation and product placement to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to promote key products and campaigns effectively.
• Ensure the website is merchandised according to brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, making adjustments to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure all content is current and functioning properly.
• Utilize data and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions and improve the online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance website merchandising.

A suitable background would be some experience with online merchandising– as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proven experience in online merchandising within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of web content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and an eye for visual design.
• Experience with SEO and online user experience best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
