Online Delivery Driver- South Columbia Rd, GF (PT) - Hugo's Family Marketplace : Job Details

Hugo's Family Marketplace is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Online Grocery Delivery Driver to support our e-commerce operations at our South Columbia Rd location. In this part-time role, you'll help ensure our customers receive their grocery orders accurately, on time, and with a great experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver online grocery orders promptly and safely to customers' homes or businesses
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone and in person regarding their orders
• Assist in staging and organizing grocery orders for curbside pickup, in-store pickup, and delivery
• Process online transactions and orders through store registers and Freshop system as needed
• Serve as the link between online customers and in-store associates to ensure order accuracy
• Assist customers during the delivery process with professionalism and care
• Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to management promptly

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift grocery bags and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using phones and register systems
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Available to work weekends and scheduled shifts between 12 PM and 7 PM

Preferred:

• Previous experience in grocery, retail, or delivery roles
• Familiarity with handling perishable goods and grocery products
