Onboarding Specialist - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Coordinate and execute all pre-hire and onboarding activities for high-volume hourly and professional roles. Conduct new hire orientations, facility tours, and onboarding sessions to ensure compliance and consistency. Manage and track all onboarding documents, including I-9 verification, background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements. Serve as the primary onsite contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers during the onboarding process. Schedule and coordinate large candidate groups for orientation, ensuring accurate headcounts and preparedness. Partner with TA Manager and HR to identify process improvements and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Support logistics such as parking coordination, document scanning, roster management, and onboarding reporting. Provide an excellent candidate experience by delivering clear communication, timely updates, and professional support throughout the hiring process.
