About the Role: This is a fast-paced, entry-level position within our HR team, responsible for ensuring that all new technician hires are onboarded smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in moving applicants through the onboarding process quickly, while ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and compliance at each step. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding for incoming technicians from offer to start
• Initiate and track background checks and employment eligibility
• Set up payroll and benefits enrollment
• Ensure all onboarding documents are complete and correctly submitted
• Conduct daily outreach (email, calls, texts) to keep hires on track
• Track onboarding progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced setting
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Background or interest in HR, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
• Experience with HR platforms or onboarding tools is helpful but not required
