Salary Recommendations & Offer Letters. Draft and send offer letters aligned to RMP's compensation framework. Prepare salary placement recommendations that take into account experience, internal equity, and organizational priorities. Support verbal offer calls and answer questions about compensation and benefits. Track acceptance rates and provide insight into trends or barriers that may affect conversion. New Hire Onboarding & Experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires from the offer stage through onboarding. Own and manage the full onboarding checklist, ensuring timely completion of all steps (e.g., background checks, reference checks, fingerprinting, I-9 s). Facilitate onboarding communications to ensure clarity, warmth, and professionalism in every interaction. Manage onboarding sessions, including pre-employment paperwork, Day 1 logistics, and post-hire check-ins.
