Talogy is a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in talent strategy, employee selection, and developmental assessment. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to take responsibility for being onsite, administering, and proctoring a pre-employment test. This position is for a large, manufacturing client in the Blue Springs, MS area.

JOB PURPOSE

Manage and administer hiring process steps and assessments with a high degree of customer and quality focus. Maintain and help improve standardized hiring process conditions to meet customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
  • Engage with candidates to answer questions or give direction about the hiring process.
  • Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
  • Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
  • Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
  • Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
  • Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
  • Deliver status updates to client.
  • Collaborate with customers, contractors, and team members, both local and remote, to resolve issues and improve the process.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Education in Psychology or Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
