**Bruni & Campisi** is scouting a **full-time On-Site Plumbing Operations Manager** to oversee plumbing, piping, and heating installations, service, and maintenance in order to ensure quality work and satisfied customers in the **Elmsford, NY** area. This management position earns a **competitiveannual salary of $75k - $85k**, depending on skillset, and works **M - F, 7 am-4:30/5:00 pm with occasional weekends.**

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ON-SITE PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER**

As our highly-organized On-Site Plumbing Operations Manager, you make sure that each installation and service appointment is completed on time and to the correct job specifications. At each job site, you communicate the work needed to the client and collect payment. In order to deliver quality work, you supervise and oversee every plumber, piece of equipment, and material needed for each job. In addition, you ensure that all work is performed with the safety of our employees, customers, and their property in mind. From plumbing, piping, installations, replacements, renovations, or modification jobs, our clients count on you to ensure a smooth process and quality outcome!

Motivating your team of plumbers to exceed customer expectations is an easy task thanks to your top-notch leadership abilities. You take the time to properly and consistently train each member for the work they undertake. After training them to complete quality work, you then ensure that all field employees are properly equipped with the tools they need to complete every job. When you get the chance to work alongside your team, you help complete each task as necessary. You enjoy participating in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new plumbers and apprentices.

**ON-SITE PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1+ years of experience supervising installation technicians

* 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing, piping, and heating installations and replacements

* Some continued education through a combination of additional trade school, manufacturer's seminars, NATE training, or other related training or trade education

* A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug test
