The actual posting represents a position at one of our clients.Job SummaryThe On-Site Manager is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day site activities for the optimization of site performance. This role involves driving the site to achieve company goals, ensuring that our client's contractual obligations are met, and promoting client satisfaction. The On-Site Manager collaborates with Leaders to address and resolve any issues that may hinder the achievement of these goals, while maintaining a professional, ethical, and positive demeanor at all times.Key Responsibilities Operational Planning: Collaborate with Principal Investigators to make informed decisions regarding study conduct, staffing needs, and to optimize study conduct, particularly participant recruitment and retention. Clinic Operations Management: Work closely with leaders on staff management, hiring, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, and SOPs. Investigator Relationship: Develop strong working relationships with investigators and collaborate with them to ensure study success. Quality Control: Manage site quality control processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, and FDA regulations. General: Serve as part of the team, communicate effectively, and promote harmony and professionalism within the workplace. Study Coordinating and Recruitment: Ensure site preparation for study conduct, staff training, and manage study supplies and compliance with regulatory duties. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications 3+ years' experience in the Clinical Research Industry Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated definitive leadership skills Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferredSkills Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to read and generalize scientific language and information Leadership skills and ability to adhere to instructions and regulationsAdditional Requirements Must be able to work remotely and be available during business hours Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as requiredBenefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances). Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s)). 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
