Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an On-Site Manager to support a program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How the Role Will Make an Impact:

• The Site Manager works on premise at the MTC during operating hours.
• Routinely interfaces with the MTC Director and provides status updates on all contractor performance requirements.
• Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC, including scheduling, management coordination, overseeing training execution, and managing contractor continuing education/training.

Requirements:

What You'll Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military education (MEL-4 or higher).
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in military training, training support, operations, and training requirements at brigade or higher level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training management within an MTC or similar operation, with successful service as a battalion or brigade commander or FA-57 equivalent.
