(Blue Rose) is seeking licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to serve in an on-call capacity at DHS processing centers in El Centro, CA. In this role, you will support the emotional and psychological well-being of children in federal custody along the U.S. Southwest Border. You'll work alongside our core behavioral health team, stepping in to provide trauma-informed care, crisis support, and clinical guidance as needed. This flexible position is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-impact, mission-driven work without committing to a full-time schedule. What You'll Do As an On-Call Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide essential support in high-pressure environments, helping to ensure that children receive timely and compassionate behavioral health care during their time in custody. You will serve as a clinical resource to facility staff, assess the well-being of children on-site, and intervene in crisis situations when called upon.
