Job Description :
Conduct annual market pay analysis to ensure compensation programs remain competitive with the market. Build quantitative models in Excel, including data gathering, data modelling and analysis to support business decisions. Participate in various surveys and gather anecdotal benchmarks. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Support the administration of the midyear and annual compensation review processes. Work with Finance professionals to provide bonus accruals. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation programs. Develop and maintain annual compensation communication materials. Support special projects as necessary. Your Education and Experience: 2-3 years of experiences working in compensation, finance, analytics and/or human capital. BA or BS degree or equivalent. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools a plus.
