Offline File Resolution Clerk - Hearst Corporation : Job Details

An offline file clerk is responsible for verifying, creating, applying, and balancing error files. They resolve issues related to these files and prepare client documents for storage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients proprietary information. Balances all incoming transactions. Runs attended or unattended mode according to size. Analyzes error notices and corrects errors. Communicates with Account Team via email or phone for error resolution. Deletes, corrects, or re-batches incorrect orders using Serv or Serv PF systems. Notifies managers of finder numbers not loaded and keys numbers. Interacts in cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in a team environment. Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures. Follows CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
