We are looking for individuals ready to take the first step in their career, with plenty of room for advancement within the organization.What We Offer:* 156% state-matched retirement contribution* 13 paid holidays* Generous vacation and sick leave* Tuition reimbursement* Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility* 79% employer-paid health insurance* Dental and vision coverage* Employer-paid $20,000 life insurance* Career growth and development opportunitiesWhat you will do as an Office Technician:* Data Entry & Document Management: Enter case information accurately into databases and assist with copying and organizing case files.* Organize Case Files: Complete and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are in order and easily accessible.* Request Documentation: Obtain birth certificates, social security cards, and other necessary records for cases.* Provide Administrative Support: Assist Child and Family Services Specialists (CFSS) and Supervisors with scheduling, report preparation, and general office tasks.* Ensure Timely Task Completion: Help complete tasks efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines.* Assist with Report Requests: Work with providers to gather and process reports as needed.* Assist with Medical Consents: Help process medical consent forms, ensuring all information is correct.* Team Communication: Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations.* Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure all work complies with privacy laws and maintains client confidentiality.* Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, phone calls, mail, and any additional office duties.Requirements / Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.Preferred Qualifications: Administrative Experience - At least 1 year of experience in office, clerical, data entry or administrative support roles. Customer Service - At least 6 months of public contact or customer service experience in a professional setting. Computer Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); can navigate databases and email systems.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):* Knowledge of general office practices, filing systems, and data entry procedures* Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment* Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and maintain accurate case files* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines* Comfortable working in a team environment and supporting multiple staff members* Able to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)* Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed* Basic understanding of how to request, process, or handle official documentsBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive package of pay, benefits, paid time off, retirement and professional development opportunities to help you get the most out of your career and life.
